Bradley Stringer, PhD
Engineering Fellow, Ultrasound Hardware
Dr. Stringer serves as Engineering Fellow, Ultrasound Hardware, at SonoVascular. He has 3 decades of experience in the medical device industry as a serial entrepreneur, Principal Investigator for a spin-out of the Departments Otolaryngology and Gastroenterology at the University of Utah School of Medicine, and as a subject matter consultant in the field of ultrasound and laser technologies. Most recently, he was founder of a consulting company that provides advisory services, including feasibility studies, technology assessment, intellectual property management, FDA clearances, due diligence evaluation, preparation of white papers, product design, sourcing, and regulatory affairs for medical device clients. He also provides subject matter expert advice on Class I, II, and III medical devices. Dr. Stringer has authored 5 peer reviewed journal articles and co-authored a book chapter (“Ultrasound Guidance for Regional Anesthesia”) for a medical textbook. He is an inventor on 20 issued patents and 1 pending application.

Dr. Stringer received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics (Chemistry minor) at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah; an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah.
